Uttar Pradesh is the most densely inhabited and fifth biggest state in
India. Uttar Pradesh covers a large part of the closely settled Gangetic
plain. Uttar Pradesh can be divided into three regions by different
geographical conditions: Himalayan region - North, the Gangetic plains -
Middle, and the Vindhyan hills and plateau - South. The capital of

Agra in Uttar Pradesh is one of the main renowned tourist destinations
in the world. The city embraces the architectural wonders of the world
called Taj Mahal. The wonderful monument was built by Shah Jahan in
loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal and therefore is called
as the symbol of Love. The fort of Fatehpur Sikri near Agra and the

Allahabad is one of the most holy cities of the state, Uttar Pradesh.
